Teaching English from School to University.

Teaching English across different academic levels, from school to university, presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities. In school settings, my focus has been on building a strong foundation in language skills such as reading, writing, listening, and speaking. I use interactive teaching methods to engage students, incorporating games, storytelling, and practical exercises that make learning enjoyable. Emphasizing grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension, I strive to foster an environment where students not only learn the basics of the language but also develop a love for reading and communication. These early stages are crucial in helping students feel confident in using English in both academic and everyday contexts.

As students transition into university, the teaching approach evolves to address their more complex academic needs. At the university level, I focus on critical thinking, advanced writing skills, and specialized language use, such as academic writing, research, and analysis. University students require not just proficiency in English but the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. To this end, I guide students through writing essays, research papers, and reports, emphasizing clarity, structure, and proper citation practices. I also focus on fostering their speaking skills through presentations, discussions, and debates, ensuring they are equipped to communicate effectively in academic and professional settings.

The key to successful teaching at both school and university levels is adaptability. Each student has a different learning style, and I strive to provide tailored instruction that meets the diverse needs of my students. Whether it's simplifying language for younger learners or challenging university students with complex texts, my goal is to guide them toward mastery in English. I believe in fostering an environment where students feel motivated to improve their language skills, with an emphasis on practical application that will serve them in real-world scenarios. Through my approach, I aim to not only teach English but also inspire students to communicate confidently in any setting.
